Weight Room

The weight room facility at Bodyworks offers the best of both worlds by using either machines or free weights to complete your workout. With more than 50 pieces of equipment and a 3,000 sq. ft. layout, Bodyworks has plenty of equipment and room for all members. There are dumbbells from 3-lbs. up to 110-lbs., along with bilateral, unilateral, cable, and plate-loaded machines.

Weight Room Rules

• Return & rack all weights when finished
• Wear proper attire (no sandals or boots)
• Wipe off all equipment when finshed
• Be respectful to other members
• Do not drop weights on floor or equipment
• Do not use numerous pieces of equipment at a time
• No drinks except water in the weight room
• No chalk
