Class Description: Yoga Class is one hour user-friendly style of yoga designed for everybody. It features a Three-Mountain format of warm up-work-cool down in a flowing format. This total mind-body workout features cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance and relaxation.

Testimonals: I have had problems with my joints for several years, the worst around 1997 when it was so bad I had to crawl up the stairs at times. It was then that I started taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin,which gave me some relief. But there were still times in the past year that the pain would prevent me from getting to sleep and often wake me during the night. The first of the year I started the yoga class for beginners at Bodyworks, and I love it. Although I had just a bit of discomfort the first couple of weeks; since then I have gotten so much better that now I'm practically pain-free. I also started using Xango, but the yoga relaxes me and I actually feel taller after all the stretching. Judy makes each session of any of her classes (and I've taken several different kinds) enjoyable and challenging at the same time. I never thought yoga could give you a good workout, but Judy gets me sweating! I'm actually beginning to get a little balance in my life, too. It's great. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.
