At Bodyworks 24 HOUR FITNESS, we are pleased to provide our clients with a wide selection of classes to meet their fitness needs. We are particularly well known for our support of older individuals looking to build a healthy lifestyle through our Silver Sneakers classes. Our Silver Sneakers classes are designed for individuals 65 and older and feature exercises that represent low to medium impact—including resistance band exercises, chair exercises, light weights, and more! By taking these classes, you can enjoy improved flexibility while also getting the opportunity to promote health and wellness among friends.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 a.m.–9:45 a.m.
Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–11:20 a.m.
Chair yoga is a special form of yoga that is performed with the aid of a chair. This way, you are able to improve your strength and flexibility without overexerting yourself.
Wednesday and Thursday, 11:30 a.m.–12:20 p.m.
Every Tuesday and Thursday morning 9:30 a.m. with Danielle Smith. She has been a ZIN Member since 2013 and loves teaching Zumba Classes.
