We are particularly well known for our support of older individuals looking to build a healthy lifestyle through our Silver Sneakers classes. Our Silver Sneakers classes are designed for individuals 65 and older and feature exercises that represent low to medium impact—including resistance band exercises, chair exercises, light weights, and more! By taking these classes, you can enjoy improved flexibility while also getting the opportunity to promote health and wellness among friends.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 a.m.–9:45 a.m.
Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–11:20 a.m.
Introductory Class: Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.
Chair yoga is a special form of yoga that is performed with the aid of a chair. This way, you are able to improve your strength and flexibility without overexerting yourself.
Wednesday and Thursday, 11:30 a.m.–12:20 p.m.
Body Sculpting H.I.I.T. Classes
H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) classes are designed to have a high impact on your body. These classes are led by instructor Joni and help you burn calories, gain muscle, and tone your body until it's a lean machine.
